To build your own pallet furniture, the euro pallets must first be disassembled. First, check if you have the following tools and materials ready at home.

To prepare — this is how I properly disassemble Euro pallets
To separate the horizontal and vertical boards of your euro pallet, use the jigsaw at hand. Ideally, set up the pallet and secure it. Tip: Buying a workbench greatly simplifies securing it! Finally, separate the frame of the euro pallet from the back. To do this, take the crowbar.
In places where the boards are already slightly loose, start the treatment. There, continue to loosen the boards until you can completely detach them. Attention: Be careful when using the crowbar. If you are too rough, the wood may break, making your euro pallet unusable for furniture construction. Once you have separated all the boards from the euro pallet, remove the nails to create a smooth surface. Now you have disassembled the Euro pallets into your individual pieces and you can start with the DIY furniture project.
